MoJo Monday Challenge!!

WOW, did this day just fly by!! I didn't get into my craft room till late this evening and wanted to quickly post my card. I followed the MoJo Monday sketch challenge... :)

I challenged my self to use blue as I have so many DP's with blue tones, but seem to stay away from them... not sure why! I think of blue during the winter months... which we don't need right now! Today was pretty cool and cloudy. This weekend we may have WARMER temps!!

My card is pretty cut and dry! I sure enjoyed using my SU! punches, CB Swiss dots folder, adding white snaps in the corners and I used SU! Organza Ribbon which I just love!! I don't actually have a roll of it, I must have had a scrap from class, but it's on my wish list!!

Tomorrow I have a hair appt and running errands. I so enjoyed this sketch challenge that I have plans to make another card... so stay tune my stamping friends!! Thanks for all the lovely comments and visits... I truly enjoy them ALL!!

Smiles... Michelle :)

Stamps: SU! Best Yet, Pocket Silhouettes Paper: SU! Close to Cocoa, Creamy Carmel, Whisper White, Bashful Blue, DP (?) Ink: SU! Creamy Carmel, Craft Chocolate Chip, Brocade Blue Other: SU! I love it, The colors are fabulous. I love how you stamped in both brown and blue on the flower. I have some of that ribbon and I also love it. Great job on this sketch.

Blue agrees with you, Michelle! Great job with this sketch. I especially like the dotted swiss on those small background panels, giving a very sublte texture!

Love your card Michelle! Just looking at it warms me up on this cool day. Your DP reminds me of some old fashioned wallpaper and that creamy carmel really pops your image nicely. I like the way you did your sentiment too. I've been debating getting that oval scallop punch since it came out. Now I think I have to have it:)) No wonder you had to sit down and have a Chai after creating this beauty:)))

Another stunner! Apparently, that sketch suits you. hee hee

I love those shades of blue with the beige... it is definitely springy, not wintery. Pure loveliness.
