Happy Friday! And are you shocked I made a card for 2 challenges and also did some water coloring... WOW!! I was shocked myself... LOL!
I started with the MoJo Monday #96 challenge. I picked out some DP, added CB embossing to my Close to Cocoa, and wanted to use this peaceful image from an old retired SU! set "Country Charm"!! My DP has blue in it, but in my photo the yellow should be more gold tone... and looks better IRL!
And my second, Challenge for a Sunday Afternoon which is from my sweet friend Lisa at The Craft's Meow, who just started this fun idea!! The challenge is to use something on your craft table or items you have been hoarding for sometime. I have buttons I bought at a yard sale this summer and haven't used one till now! Plus the DP is in my "hoarded collection"... LOL! :) Enjoy my friends and have a super weekend! Thanks for popping in for a visit... always appreciate it!
SMILES... Michelle :)

Wowser, your mojo is back in full force! Must have been a good vacation (giggle). This is sooo cute, Michelle. I love that stamp set... it's on my must have list. And you colored it purrrrfectly. Watercoloring is so much fun and so pretty. I just don't do it as much anymore because I always seem to be in a hurry.
That DP is lovely, too... perfect with the image. I like how you CB'd the background mat.
Thank you SOOOOOO much for playing in my challenge. You are an awesome friend!
Hugs and smiles,
Lisa
I like how you edged your circle in the brown to give it a vintage feel that goes so well with your choice of patterned paper. I hoard a lot of embellishments. I have been saving them for the "special project" which never seems to get made.
Great execution of the mojo sketch. Great color choices.
Michelle, this is so rich, warm and lovely! That yummy ribbon is fantastic too!
What a pretty card. The image is so cute. The water colouring is beautiful.... something I haven't tried yet. Love the DP too.

YEAH MOJO!! Looks like you found it again. This is a great take on the Mojo sketch. Love how the blue ribbon really makes the DP pop. ....and yea! CTMH paper! Hee hee!
I'll have to pull out some of my SU! sets I have.
What super water coloring! Your bow with the button is awesome.
I can see why you were hoarding this paper Michelle...it's gorgeous! And so is your watercoloring! I don't see anything wrong with the color on your cat and the blue ribbon is outstanding:))

What a sweet card....I just love these images! I will have to check out that Challenge for a Sunday afternoon....unfortunately, most of my Sunday afternoons are spent at our boat---no stamping there! Love that paper!
Hey Michelle, love the colouring in! You have chosen some great colours here. I really like the way you've done the three little brads around the edge of the circle and tied that ribbon behind, looks great! There's nothing better than using your hoarded stash, is there?!
Your dp is fabulous! Love the embossed card base and yummy ribbon :)
