SFYTT... On the wild side!

Happy Sunday! Are you having a great weekend? Sorry for the late post today... this weekend my DH has been working on storage units for my craft room and that brought ??'s on measurements, function of each unit, etc. And he did bring in one piece from the shop he finished on Saturday... It looks so nice!

Today's card was inspired by Jen's SFYTT Challenge. It's on the "WILD SIDE" or busy I think?!?! I used my SU! Filigree brads, and my NEW CB Vintage die. The hearts are from the SU! A Happy Heart set which I used SU! Glassy Glaze EP (only embossing once). I used MS Dove punch and added Stardust Stickles for bling, and the silver 1/2 back gems are from Michael's... another new item for me!

Here is a close up photo of the hearts, doves, and to get the feel of the dimensional effect. Let me know what you think as I'm not sure if it's on the "WILD SIDE" with using 2 DP's. Thanks for the visit!! I have 2 blog awards to pass on this week... Have a super Sunday evening!!

Michelle :)

Stamps: SU! A Happy Heart Paper: SU! Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White, DP's (Doodlebug) Ink: SU! Real Red, VersaMark Other: SU! Word Window and Large Oval Punches, Filigree Brad, CB "Vintage" Die, MS "Dove" Punch, dimensionals, crimper, SU! Glassy Glaze EP, Stardust Stickles, Silver 1/2 back gems (Michael's), etc.

Are you kidding? This is FABulous! I don't even know where to start! Yes, the papers are wild, but eye catching and coordinate perfectly. And all the special touches make for a true winner! I especially like the way you did the sentiment... and the doves... and the hearts... and everything!

Hey, when your hubby is done with your craft room storage, can I borrow him??? Tell him it's mid-70 degree temps here right now. Ha!

{{{Hugs}}} to my sweet cyber friend!

I LOVE it Michelle - I can't believe how you managed to make such a busy card look sooo fabulous! Everything just works so well together - and each time I look at it I notice new little details!
I keep hearing how cold it is in your part of the worls - we are having a heat spell in Melbourne - it's going to be 36oC here - think that's close to 100oF. Think we all need to be somewhere in the middle - LOL

First of all... how cool that your hubby is building you storage for your crafts. In our house, I'm the handyman. I just keep hubby around to do the heavy lifting :-)

I like all the details you added to this card. I also like the black, red and white combo.
