Fall Colors... to YOU from me!

Happy Friday! I'm not sure where the week went, but it was FAST. To start out your weekend I have a card to share using fall colors and the LOVELY Top Note die. The colors turned out brighter when taking my photo. I tried editing it and this was the best I could come up with. The CS is Wild Wasabi and Marigold Morning which should be more gold than yellow.

I like how it turned out! And the burgundy felt rick-rack is so rich looking. I embossed my sentiment which has a bit of gold undertone, but hard again to see in the photo. Plus I sponged the edges for more contrast... ENJOY!

(Blogger is being fussy tonight so this gap just has to stay!)

I must share this too... here is a photo of Alex, our Kinship Partner, from this past Tuesday. Mark took him fishing and they had so much fun... Alex LOVES to fish! Mark caught this northern and Alex wanted a photo taken with him holding it... it was a hot night. Alex is going on 9 this August.

Have a super weekend! I'm meeting up with a friend in the Twin Cities area tomorrow. We are having lunch, making an Archiver's run and other fun!! Thanks for poppin' in and keep cool!

What fab patterned paper. The colors are wonderful. I like the big flower complete with leaves and big brad center.

Your little friend looks thrilled with the catch. I'm sure it's a memory he will always cherish. Have fun on your girl's day out.

Hello my dear friend! Have you missed me? This sure has been a crazy week... and weekend. In a moment, I must get into my craft room and make some cards for the start of my DT assignments on Wednesday!

What a gorgeous card! You've done it again with the Top Note die. But what's this, jumping ahead to fall already? LOL

Doesn't Alex look happy with that fish? What a lucky boy he is to have you and Mark in his life.

I hope you had a fabulous time in the big city and found lots of goodies and MUST HAVES at Archivers!

Love and hugs to my best Minnesota friend!

Another beauty of a card Michelle! I wish it was fall here, it's soooo hot and muggy at the moment, 32/33 degrees, hate it! I shoudn't be ungrateful should I, but I am one of those that loves the autumn/winter months, I find the summers too hot and sticky! Wow Alex must have been proud to catch that fish! x
