Thanks SO much... 3x3 Note Card!

Hello! How is your Sunday going so far? I have exciting news... we seen our first Robin sighting just before dark last night. So spring is on it's way!!

Today I made this cute little 3"x3" note card using SU! Delicate Dots DP and my "NEW" Martha Stewart Layering Daisy punch. I sponged the flower tips with Bashful Blue ink for more depth. Next, I used my Cute & Curly stamps and Curly Label punch to attach my daisy to. My sentiment is stamped in Craft Chocolate Chip and clear embossed. I couldn't resist using a button for the flower center... I love that LOOK! Thanks for stopping by and find time 4-U.... :) I plan to watch a bit of TV next and mount a few stamps sets that need some love!!

Smiles everyone... Michelle :)

Stamps: SU! Cute & Curly, Trendy Trees Paper: SU! Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, So Saffron, DP (Delicate Dots) Ink: SU! Craft Chocolate Chip, Bashful Blue, So Saffron Other: SU! Curly Label and Round Corner Punches, sponges, MS Layering Daisy Punch, SU! Earth Elements Button, SU! grosgrain ribbon, clear embossing powder, paper piercing, dimensionals, etc.

Michelle, this is just way too cute! I love the paper combo. I'm definitely casing this card! I haven't seen that MS punch yet, but now I have to have it! Of course, that curly label punch has been on my list for a while, so now I have a reason to buy it. We've had robins for a while now but we just had another 4 inches of snow on Saturday. Thank goodness it's mostly melted now and temps will be in the 50's today. Have a great week!

Hi Michelle! I L-O-V-E the soft colors and that flower with button center! I love button centers, too.

Oh, I wish I could have seen your robin! I love birds. There are lots in my yard and they wake me up every morning with their sweet chirping. I can imagine you're so excited to see signs of spring after all the snow you've had.

Keep thinking sunny thoughts!

Love,
Lisa

How funny! My first robin sighting is my sign of spring too. I have seen them around town, but not at my house. Since we live on top of a mountain, it is usually about 10° cooler than down in town so we're a couple weeks behind. But at least I know it won't be long now.

I think this card is adorable. I like the layered flower and how you placed it on that fun punch shape.

Who says great things don't come in small packages? I love the 3x3 size. It's perfect. I love the combination of colors and paper. The button on the flower is a great touch. I think you can never go wrong with flowers.

Robins are my favourite birds, they never sit still quite long enough to enjoy them properly though, do they?! Gorgeous card Michelle. I love the way you have done the sponging and the rounded corners on the green mat. You could use this design for so many cards. I like the way it's so dinky too. Lovely!
