Chistmas Cards!!

Happy Friday! This past week I was at a SU! workshop and we made this beautiful Christmas card. I like how we took the image and crumpled the card stock. Also if you notice the sentiment... we didn't ink the "MAS" to have the word "Christ"!! How cool is that! I added the swirl background and CB Mesh embossing.

The second card was from Julie's card club a while back and realized I didn't share it! I added the MS snowflakes and silver pearls!

I won't be posting till next week... traveling over the weekend here and and few other loose ends to take care of. ENJOY! Have a super weekend yourself... SMILES!

Michelle :)

How funny - I also put my striped ribbon on that card!
They look great, and I love how you added snowflakes to the red card!
Have a great weekend! We're going up to Grand Marais for a few days and won't have electricity! Does that mean no heat-embossing for me??? :-)
I'll talk to you soon.

The first card does have a warmer feel to it because of the crumpling, inking and colors. How clever that is to not ink part of the word to make a more meaningful sentiment.

I like how the card front is punched to reaveal the sentiment inside on the second card.

Oh how I wish I could afford the Movers and Shakers dies. That second card is too cool. I also love the Christ card. The crumpled paper makes it look vintage!

Oh dear, now you're on to Christmas! I was still enjoying fall! LOL

Beautiful cards, Michelle. I love that nativity image... and it was a great idea to leave "mas" out of the greeting. So nice!

Hey, you should play in our Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge girl!

Hugs and smiles from across the miles,
Lisa
